When does your compliance driver come through our community?
The schedule will vary, but our compliance drivers typically visit the community on a bi-weekly basis. Spot inspections are also completed.

A copy of the community’s Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions can be found on your community’s website by visiting www.goodwintx.com and entering your community name in the “Find My Community Page” field at the top right corner of our webpage.

Are there any costs to selling my home?
The resale certificate costs $375 with a turn around time of 10 days. If an inspection is requested in the sale that is an additional $120 and if an updated resale is requested then it is $75. If the resale is rushed the following fees are as follows; 1 business day $300, 3 business days $200, and 5 business days $100. The resale certificate pricing will be required to be paid at the request. The second set of fees will be required to be paid at closing with the transfer fee being $275.

What is my balance?
You can view your account balance by logging in to TownSq. You may also request your balance by contacting our Customer Service team Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM by phone, 855-289-6007, or via email at info@goodwintx.com.

What do my HOA dues pay for?
The HOA's annual budget provides detailed information on the expenses that the HOA pays with Assessment revenue. The amount of your Annual assessment is determined by the total expenses projected for the operating year.
How much are my dues?
The assessments are broken down as either lake-side or non-lake side. If their is no home built on the lot then the lot assessment is $400.
Lake-Side: $2,403.40 ($1,890 home + $400 Lot + $113.40 road assessment)
Off-Lake: $1,613.49 ($1,144.80 home + $400 Lot + $68.69 road assessment)
The new assessment for 2023 will include a one time 8% increase in homes and the second of ten 6% straight line annual increases.
How do I pay my assessment?
For your convenience, we offer several payment options:
